Cancellations are governed by Regent Seven Seas Cruises' terms as follows:
A 100% cancellation fee will be imposed as indicated for non-appearance. Fare is defined as the full cost of any cruise or air component purchased from Regent Seven Seas Cruises®, excluding optional facilities and services fees. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions of the Guest Ticket Contract for fees relating to the cancellation of optional facilities and services. Any refund due as indicated by the cancellation fee schedule will be made after receipt of written notice of cancellation. Cancellation notices must be in writing and received by Regent Seven Seas Cruises® no later than the day before cancellation penalties are to be assessed. Guests who cancel within the indicated periods are subject to the following per person cancellation fees.

For cancellations made from the date of deposit to 151 days prior to cruise sail date, an administrative fee of $100 per person for suite categories SKA-H will apply.

To ensure coverage for pre-existing medical conditions, we highly recommend purchasing your preferred travel protection plan at the time of booking. Many plans require insurance to be added within 14–21 days of your initial payment for pre-existing conditions to be covered.
A valid passport is required for all guests traveling on Wilderness & Wonder: The Alaskan Signature Journey. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
This journey begins in Vancouver, British Columbia, and therefore includes entry into Canada. It is each guest’s responsibility to ensure they meet all entry requirements for Canada and the United States, including possession of valid travel documents and any required visas or authorizations (such as an eTA for certain foreign nationals).
Guests with prior criminal convictions, including but not limited to DUI offenses, may be denied entry into Canada at the discretion of Canadian immigration authorities. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided for missed portions of the journey due to denied entry.
We strongly recommend that all travelers review Canada’s entry guidelines at https://travel.gc.ca or consult with a legal or immigration professional if they have questions regarding admissibility.

Pre-Cruise: Rocky Mountaineer Train Journey | June 6–8, 2027
A luxury train experience from Banff to Vancouver with overnight stays in Banff, Kamloops (or equivalent), and Vancouver. Invoiced separately.
Post-Cruise:
Extensions are subject to availability and will be confirmed after receipt of your cruise registration.
This Signature Journey is limited to a maximum of 40 suites to preserve the intimate and elevated nature of the experience. Suite availability is first come, first served and may sell out in certain categories. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred suite and extension preferences.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises® cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy at the beginning of, or at any point during, the cruise.
Infants must be at least six months old on the first day of the cruise.
For itineraries that include three or more consecutive days at sea, infants must be at least one year old on embarkation day.
Guests traveling with infants who do not meet these requirements will be denied boarding, and no refunds or compensation will be issued by Regent Seven Seas Cruises® for the denied boarding of the infant or any accompanying guests.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by, and occupy the same suite as, an adult age 18 or older. Please note that Regent Seven Seas Cruises® does not provide child care, supervision, or entertainment for children.
